We’re looking for a Senior Odoo Implementer for a full-time, on-site position based in Zahraa El Maadi, Cairo, who shares our passion for smart systems, clear impact, and meaningful results.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing the business needs and requirements of clients and proposing optimal solutions using Odoo modules and features
  • Configuring, testing, debugging and deploying Odoo applications according to the project specifications and best practices
  • Providing technical support, training and documentation to clients and end-users
  • Collaborating with developers, consultants and project managers in a team-oriented environment
  • Keeping up to date with the latest Odoo versions, updates and technologies
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or bugs that may arise during or after the implementation process
  • Providing technical support and training to the end-users and other stakeholders of Odoo projects
  • Staying updated with the latest developments and trends in Odoo and related technologies
  • Demonstrating strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Required Skill Set


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience implementing and supporting Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Expertise in multiple Odoo modules, such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, Purchase, Website, Email marketing and Project Management.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and best practices across various industries (retail, services, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Ability to perform GAP analysis and translate complex business requirements into effective, scalable Odoo solutions.
  • Experience preparing functional documentation, workflow diagrams, and training materials.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops and client training sessions.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Trello or Click up.
  • Ability to collaborate with development teams to design and test customizations and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills is a must.
  • Exceptional communication skills (English is a must; other languages like French, Spanish are a plus).
  • Odoo certification is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with new Odoo features and industry trends.
