Responsibilities
- Analyze Clients' requirements
- Document requirements and define which will need configurations and which will need development
- Plan for project delivery
- Perform the configuration (implementation) tasks
- Follow up with developers to make sure that development is aligned with requirements
- Follow up with the clients to make sure that the team
- will deliver what is required
- Handle client requests regarding Odoo issues
- Perform Odoo training
- Support Odoo operations
- Demo Odoo to clients and prospects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, BIS,IS/IT, or Computer Science
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business process analysis, Odoo implementation is a MUST.
- Good knowledge of business processes AND/OR Accounting
- Excellent planning and communication skills
- Good knowledge of business processes
- Good understanding of accessibility and security compliance
- Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
- Technical and Functional knowledge of Odoo modules and feature
- Strong understanding of Odoo modules and their business applications.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively.
- Experience in data migration and system configuration within Odoo.
- Experience with Functional Testing and System Integration.
- Ability to draft functional documentation and user guides for system processes.
- Hands-on experience in training and supporting users in an ERP environment.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes.
- Experience with API integration to enhance Odoo functionality is a plus.
